For nearly a decade, Karlie Kloss has been the face of Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl, a fragrance whose celebration of femininity in all its complexity has come to feel increasingly personal. For the cover of V162, that relationship comes into full view as Kloss reflects on a life that has continued to grow beyond any single title and the many dimensions of herself she has discovered along the way.

Photographed by Rob Rusling and styled by Patti Wilson, Kloss wears a custom Carolina Herrera creation designed by Creative Director Wes Gordon, inspired by a Robert Mapplethorpe portrait of Carolina Herrera herself. In conversation with fellow model Kaia Gerber, Kloss looks back on growing up in fashion and the confidence it took to begin defining success on her own terms. Ten years into Good Girl, ‘Still That Girl’ celebrates a partnership that has evolved right alongside her.
